Hey guys!
I've always been quite a large lad, but moving into a profession (computer tech) where I spend most of my time behind a desk on my butt has thrown me forth into the uncomfortably large. After about 6 months of eating crap and not liking what it did to me, I decided to get back in shape.
I have recently started at the local gym, in an effort to surprise my girlfriend who is in the army, and thusly spends a lot of time away (so she will notice the changes
). I have been trying very hard but I get easily thrown out from my routine which can set me back, so I decided enrolling on a site like this may give me the boost I require to not faulter on my diet.
I currently have protein shakes for breakfast, a plain sandwich and fruit for lunch and steak for dinner, with nothing (most days lol) between. I go to the gym for 1 and a half hours after work, Monday-Saturday mainly doing cardio, but throw in some weight training twice a week.
I take Creatine and B-Alanine twice a day and whey protein following work outs.
These are my results thus far (be gentle lol)
The first day I started
I'd appreciate any feedback or tips
Thanks guys,
Matt
