Hey all...obviously I am a new guy here. Tomorrow, Monday, starts my official diet/workout....I am about ready for a change, especially with everything that has been going on in my life. Not 100% sure where my starting weight is as the scale in the gym doesnt go quite that high...if I had to take a guess, I would say somewhere around 370 or so. My overall goal is to be down to about 200, but my first major goal is to just get below 300 pounds.
