Hello all. Just joined this forum and thought I would share a little bit of info about myself. Currently 20 years old, enrolled in college. Currently I'm 5' 10'' and 250 lbs, hoping to get down to the 200 to 180 lb range. My freshman year of college I actually lost 20 lbs but gained most of it back last summer. :(

That was the first time I really lost any significant weight in my life and it felt great. I feel like now I am ready to get serious again and really reach my goal, now that I have experienced both the triumphs and failures of the process. I think that when I initially lost the weight I felt like I was "done" but I now realize that you are never really done and that its an on going process.

Mainly looking for tips and motivation here and from browsing the other forums it looks like I won't have a hard time finding either!
