Hey,

my name is Nic, and i want to lose my fat! I'm 21, 185cm's tall and weigh in at a whopping 169KG's! Until recently i did not have a set of scales which weighed above 120kg so did not know the full extent of my weight. But I have joined the gym, cleaned out the fridge and cupboard of all the crap and am ready to lose. I officially started today, ate healthy, hit the gym with a weights session and 30 minutes on the cross trainer. I havent attempted to lose weight before, but i need it gone its been holding me back for too long, I've always been the fat kid and want to lose that image.

If anyone has any tips or pointers to help me out I'm all ears.

First tip I will give you is start a food log at a place like fitday.com it's free and will really help.

Second read the Stickey's at the top of most pages a lot of great info there.

Third and maybe the most important start a diary on the diary page it has really helped me.
