New Guy Looking to Drop Weight!!

Hello everyone, My name is Scott. I am 29 years old and I am looking to drop more weight. At my heaviest I was 400 lbs. Which was due to horrible horrible eating habits. Eventually of the last few years of be more active and hitting the gym for a bit and changing my diet I am down to 300 lbs. I just signed up for the Gym again. Found a cool gym in my town and was drawn in by the hot tub and sauna. But anyways. I plan on working out 5 times a week. I have a appointment set up for Monday with a personal trainer to set up a work out program for me. I have previously never used a personal trainer but it was included in my enrollment for a free (2 sessions). Then once that is going good I will make a appointment with a nutritionist. Good work so far Inky, keep it up and work it off. It won't always be easy, but it will always be rewarding.
 
Yeah I started a week ago, I went 5 times this week. For now he has me doing weights on the free motion machines and then doing my cardio on the arc trainer machine. He want to meet with me in a month and see how I am doing and see if I need to change it up by then.
