Hey guys...New here on the forum. I hope you don't consider me as "spam" as I'm here to observe and help where possible. My name is Rick, from the big city of Green Bay,WI. The city is growing this weekend due the the Championship game! Go pack go!! I'm also a managing member of the Powerflex Business Group LLC also known as Flexercise..so... we've been around for years and have our own "system" so to speak.
