Hello, my name is tod and just surfed upon this great site while lookin for some weight loss pointers. this place seems to have awesome people with a lot of knowledge so i have a couple questions for you guys.

currently i have been dieting and training extremly hard. i have been doing this for about 6 Weeks and lost 30 pounds. I have been eating small meals every day, drinking water, juice, and eating alot of different healthy food.
basically i have cut out every bad food/ sugar drink and have been waking 4 miles a day. 6 times a week w/ small weight training.

i am happy with my results so far, i seemed to lose a few inches in the waist.

but after 6 weeks i still have belly fat and chest fat (man boobs caused of fat)

i really want to lose this and get a flat chest/stomach by summer time.
is that possible?

i am 5' 10'' and currently 180.

Yeeeeah, MAN BOOBS!!! I have he-breasts too, so don't worry about it. You're not alone.

I don't have any advice to offer, as I am a fat loaf who needs to lose weight myself, but there is a lot of good words of widom on this site. I've only been here for a few days, but I enjoy it and I'm sure you will too.
