Hello everyone !
I'm Waffle from Germany and recently i have decided its time to loose some weight and get buffed also .
I just started having a healthy diet ( eating properly 3 cooked meals a day that contain lots of fibre and vitamins with many vegetables + fruits and i ditched things like soda and chocolate and snacks ) . I also exercise - i go runnin every day , i try doing HIIT ( high intensity interval training ) , but i'm just getting used to it and exercise around the house ( ~ 50-80 pushups everyday and some crunches that i dont know if i execute them properly ) .
I have decided to loose weight because i'm still young (19 yrs old) and i dont think theres a better period of starting loosing weight when all of my other peers drink tons of beer and eat unhealthy . I am also planning to go to the gym and start buffing myself up and maybe work out and get a six pack + work out my arms . Ive done lots of sports druing my lifetime (rugby , soccer ) , but i always was a little bit on the chubby side cause of eating way too much snacks and junk food , but i was never fat or had physical problems cause of having some extra pounds .
So here is some info on me :
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Height: 6' 0"
Starting weight: 196 lbs ( 89 kgs)
Goal : 165 ( 75 kgs)
Any advices ?
Oh and here are some pics of my current status . I thought that if i took pics of me everyday since i started i would be able to monitor my progress.
Oh yes and i started going to sleep early also . Around 10 pm and avoiding midday snoozes . Will that help in any way ?
