hi everyone!!!

i just joined the forum... still taking a look around, but i think i'm among good company.

i'm working to lose about 100 excess pounds and this looks like just the place for the information and support that i need.

i look forward to getting to know everyone here. :)

Thank you much just thumbing through these post and seeing everyones weightloss is encouraging I am just afraid I will never make it without seeing other people do it.
