Hello everyone. I'm the "new girl" here. I started Weight Watchers on 2/22/10. My starting weight was 231. I am now at 201. I love this weight loss program. I know it works and you can eat ANYTHING you want. You just have to account for it all. So, that's 30 lbs in 2 months. My BIG goal is to lose 101 lbs. I'm hoping to lose it by the end of the year. This may be too soon, but I know that I can do it.
hello and welcome to the forum!! I am also following the points system and have had success with it! I agree it is simple to follow and not to restricting! I recommend starting a diary in the weight loss diary section as there are a couple others following the same plan and you might get some helpful tips and support there - I sure find that I do anyway! Great job so far and I look forward to hearing more! Keep it up!
