Hello, my name is Kylee. I'm an Arkansan college student. I love my friends, boyfriend, family, and pets. I'm a total sucker for kittens. I'm pretty much a fun loving girl and I just enjoy spontaneous road trips with my man.:)
I've always had issues with my weight for as long as I can remember. I used to have an account here but shortly gave up on it and now I just can't remember my password or login name. But that's alright because I just want to start over. I want to have a more healthy body and I want a body that'll make my boyfriend say "WOW" and a body that I can be proud of when I look in the mirror. I just want to feel good about myself and not have to hide my body behind a hoodie all the time. I want to wear a little bit of a showy top from time to time.lol
I'm starting over on the way I eat. Our town was recently hit by a devastating ice storm, killing our power for almost a week and knocking down trees and limbs everywhere. We were forced to throw away all of our food. So I figure it gives me a chance to get the right foods this time.
Anyways, I hope this site will help me as best as it can. I dont really have access to a gym right now so if anyone has any diet tips, exercise routines, anything like that I would sure appreciate some help.

hrm..losing all your food.. seems like it just plain sucks. as a college student....

and ill assume thats your bf in that pic? if so he looks like someone i know.. lol
 
Well, the good thing is that I still live at home...but we lost all the food we had for 3 people.
Yeah, that's my guy there.

If you've been here before - you're aware of the stickied threads - start re-reading the stickied threads in nutrition -that will give you an idea of how many calories a day you should be consuming and some ideas for what to be eating...
