Hey everyone! I am new to this forum
I have lost my baby weight and am struggling getting the last ten off
My problem is night time eating I am a personal trainer very much in shape I just want to be a bit leaner so I figured if I had to record everything I did like working out and/or ate that would help keep me in check in the evenings
I do great all day eat clean, on time, and perfect then just get sloppy at night. Part of it is my hubby works at night as a trainer and so me and the babe just hang out then when she goes down I get hungry bored if anyone knows what I am talking about.
I am on other websites where I keep a journal but nobody talks back it is so frustrating
I want to meet people give and receive advice and just hear about other peoples issues so seriously... talk to me

Ali my girl is 8 mo old and getting really busy moving around. My husband is a trainer full time and a bodybuilder so yeah fitness and nutrition basically is our life.
