Hi everyone. I am new here. I am currently on a mission to lose 35 lbs. I weigh 160 right now, and am 5'4. I have a 2 year old, but sadly I cant blame the extra pounds on him. I've pretty much always been around this size, sometimes up to ten pounds heavier, sometimes up to 10 pounds lighter. I've lost 5lbs in the last 2 weeks, since starting my "mission". Basically i am just trying to stay below 1400 calories a day, and doing cardio for 45 min. 2/3 times a week. I want to increase the frequency of that, as well as start using my free weights once I am in to the swing of things.
Anyway, I'm interested in talking to people and sharing tips/support, etc.
