Hi everyone! I just now signed up! I am totally new to all of this. A little about myself...I am 25 yrs old. I use to powerlift and it was amazing! I stopped almost 2 yrs ago. The weight I have put on in 2 yrs in horrible!! I have no confidence now. I am the total opposite of what I use to be! I need some motivation to continue on this journey. I started many changes about 1 month ago. In the past month I have went down from 215 to 200.
I know how to lose the weight, I just need the motivation. I worked in nutrition for 2 yrs and I was a gym rat.
I recently moved to the beach so I want to have the "beach body".
So, if anyone has any good words pass them along to me. Thanks for the help!!
