Hi everyone! My name is Stacey. I am 27 and live in Tennessee! I am new to this site and wanted to say hello to everyone!

I had a BAD smoking habit and just recently quit! I am wanting to get better control of my life! So good luck to me! Hope to meet new ppl here and hopefully some new habits!

Welcome to the forum, I'm new here too, their is some pretty good information on this site.

I'm 27 also and I know how hard it is to quit smoking, I smoked for 10 - 12 years and finally kicked the habit about 4 - 5 years ago, it wasn't easy.

Good luck and I'm sure you will find some new habits on here

It's now been 3yrs and 3months since you joined. Have you kept off the smokes? Has you health improved? Just curious. Thanks in advance for any update you are willing to share (assuming you're still viewing this board).
