I am doing the same thing. I have a little bit more than 100 but i just started monday. I am super excited even after 3 days of hard exercise. Love to keep in contact during our life style change![]()
Try not to weigh after working out, you weight will vary too much due to fluid loss through sweat. It is also perfectly normal for it to fluctuate, If the fluctuations are hard to cope with try ony weighing once per week and not every day.
I am interested in giving and getting some support, as well. I am at an all-time high of just under 200lbs, despite having once considered myself someone who could control her weight.
So to those of you who are working out, what types of exercise are you doing and how much?
