I come before you a desperate woman who just doesn't want to be like this anymore. I'm 5'6 and 191 lbs, and this is about where I've been since my late teens. (I'm 22) I have a long history of eating disorders, and with that sorted out, I want to deal with my weight in a healthy way. I live with my amazing boyfriend, who thinks I'm gorgeous and sexy and tells me so, but who supports me wholeheartedly in anything that will help me be healthy and happy.
I've started doing weights (twice a week) and interval training(tabatas, three times a week), and it's fun. We have a great set of free weights and a stationary bike at home, so yay. The eating sensibly (about 1600 kcal a dayish) is HARD, but so far it's working. I've lost 5 lbs the past month, but my motivation is running low. Hoping to find tips, support and friends here!
