hi my name is harmony and im brand new here.

ive joined because im depressed about how much weight i have let myself put on the last 3 years and i need to change. my weight rules my life and i never want to go out anywhere with my wonderful husband anymore im 195lbs right now and 5'5 i want to get back down to 165lbs but i cant do this alone
