I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Tiffany and I'm new to the forum. I'm looking forward to hearing all the tips and tricks you guys have to provide. I know I need it! My main struggle is that I'm an emotional eater, so I'm really battling with that right now. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Welcome to WLF! This is a great place to learn all sorts of "tips and tricks" for weightloss. My advice would be to read the various stickies...lots of great information in them. Don't be afraid to ask questions; there are a lot of people on here who use each other for support. Good luck with everything!:seeya:

Welcome to the forum. Like Steve said, this is a great place. I too was an emotional eater (amongst other things). It's great that you recognize it and want to change.

I know this might sound odd because you dont know people here but tell us more. Start a diary and vent if needed, i know it helps me. What are the situations that cause you to be stressed? Can they be avoided? What does your overall diet look like?

Give us some more info and we can give you more specific advice. I can add one thing, all the hard work you put into this is worth it in the end. There will be many ups and downs. More ups, I promise!
