Hello Everyone!I'm new to the forum, but not new to weight loss. In 2006 I weighed 261 pounds. I started working with a trainer and eating healthy. By my wedding in October 2008 I weighed 148 pounds. Since 2010 I have been slowly putting weight back on. I had 2 children, went through some relationship problems and struggle with binge eating at night. I'm sitting around 260 again and extremely depressed about it.
I can't seem to find the mojo I once had to get back into a healthy lifestyle. My kids are very demanding. My oldest will be 6 in July and struggles with anxiety and sensory processing issues. My youngest is very defiant and possibly ADHD. She is 4. I run a home daycare during the day, so my days are hectic and stressful! I do photography on evenings and weekends. I can't seem to find that push to MAKE TIME for me to get healthy.

Hello there! I'm also new to the forum and struggle with binge eating at night. On top of that, I also have a toddler running around that demands a lot of time and attention, I feel you.
