Hi guys just wanted to introduce my self, I joined to get motivated and ideas from you guys. When I started my current job I told my self I would be here just for about 2 years or so then become a peace officer. Got real comfortable here well needless to say its been 6 years and today I got a real wake up call I really want to apply to a few police departments and even Border patrol. But before I do I want to lose about 100 pounds.
I used to be really active and I still want to do alot of activity's but I find my self short on energy to actually doing anything this is where you guys come in I really need to read up on how to get energy I can do the work outs and get it done physically but I need to learn how to eat correctly and I don't want to just do this for my new career and lose weight quick I want something that I can transition into for the rest of my life.
well better cut this off before I bore you guys,lol. Need to get some reading done before I go tonight. thx in advance guys.
