New From Orlando

Hey there!

My name is Dan, I am 32 and I live in the Orlando area. Today is the official start of my weight loss journey! I used to be in great shape and was quite the athlete, but an auto accident led to major issues with my neck and back.

Now that I am pretty much all healed up I am trying to loose the 60lbs I packed on and get back into shape!

Hey dan,

I had knee surgery this past fall and am in need of shifting my program to continue getting exercise. I walk for 4 miles 4 times a week now, but used to run 4 miles 4 times a week. I do not get the same high from walking, but I do it anyway. I am not sure what type of physical limitations you will have, but your daily menu is a good place to start for new habits.

What is it that you want after you have lost those 60 lbs?
