Hi there,
my name is Emma, i'm 23 & from Christchurch, New Zealand (NZ).
I am beginning Weight Watchers on Saturday, so decided to register on a weight loss support forum as well, for that added support & motivation. I have always been overweight, 2003 I was diagnosed with PCOS, so that doesn't help with the weight gain/loss. I gave birth to my beautiful daughter in October last year, but have noticed the past couple of months that the weight I gained during my pregnancy (only 6kg) doesn't seem to be wanting to come off.... Because we are starting to think about TTC#2, I've decided I need to become more healthy, for the sake of my wellbeing, my daughters - and future children's....
I'm not sure how much I have to lose yet, but last time I was weighed I was 108kg/237lb, and my healthy weight range (for height) is 50-58kg/110-128lb, so a good 110lb to lose!!!!
I *am* confident I can do it..... but i know it'll be hard
