Hey guys mine name is Javier and im from Denver Co. Just started getting in to this losing weight thing.. Ive always thin in highschool and got really chubby the years after.. It hit me when I weighed in at 240.. I started going back to the gym and eating better. Right now im currently at 214 and want to get to like 185 or 180.
