Hey Guys,

I'm a new member here.
I signed up for this forum because I lost a lot of weight in the past and wanted to help others do the same. I'm hoping that by sharing my experience and knowledge I can help others achieve the same long term success I've been blessed with.

Can't wait to get to know you all.

Cheers,
Josh.

Welcome Josh! Your experiences and knowledge will be lots of help here im sure! If you dont mind sharing what was your starting weight and how much did you lose? How did you do it?

Welcome Johan! :) I would suggest creating your own newbie thread so more ppl can get to know you. I am sure they would be very happy to!
As well, both of you may benefit from making yourselves diaries so you can share your experiences, goals, knowledge, etc...
I look forward to reading more about you guys!

Michee

Thanks for the warm welcome guys.

To answer your question MicheeH,
I weighed in at 210, and I lost 60 pounds. I put some of it back on, but I've remained a consistent 165 for the past 7 years or so. I lost weight as a result of living a healthy lifestyle that included exercise and healthy food choices. Everyone knows we need to do these things to lose weight. But thats no secret when it comes to losing weight. If that was all it was about everyone would be a healthy weight. The difficult part is getting over the obstacles that prevent that lifestyle from happening.

Good for you Joshua!! Thats how much im looking to lose by the time this is all done if not a lil more maybe. You speak the truth about getting over the obstacles that prevent that lifestyle from happening. That is by far the hardest part of it all and im still struggling with that, although it is getting easier! :)
