Hi Everyone-
I am 22 years old, I haven't been healthy in a long time I have fooled myself into thinking if i weigh less then my friends i must be healthy right??? Wrong i have recently had blood work and my cholesterol levels are high my BMI is considered obese and I am getting knee problems at 22! I was in a bad relationship and i began to gain weight and not give a darn about my self. After three years of self destructive behavior i met a man who helped me change it all around.
This man is now my boyfriend of a year and a half and has helped me lose the weight i have so far (165 to 148 Current weight) He encouraged me and pushed me in all the right ways. Now i find myself stuck and not progressing on my goal because i returned to college and i am working on becoming a nurse and i work full time and just don't seem to have to time to work out any more and when i find myself in a pinch i tend to eat the high calorie high fat foods.
So this leads me to ask how do you all do it? I know we all have our crazy busy lifes but i just cant seem to find that extra energy after working an 8 hour day then class for 2-3 hours plus homework i feel just spent. But i know there has to be a way. People have to be able to do this... So any advice on how to save time would be appreciated!!!
