hi !!! i trying to lose weight and i just started this week. when i went to step on the scale at the end of the week i was not happy. now i am a little discourage because i feel i tried.what are some safe way to lose weight? right now i am doing turbo jam is that even a good program?
 
Hey there and welcome! I myself would love to become a certified fitness instructor in the next 2 years or so. My vision includes helping people get over their fears of exercise and healthy diet and learn to love it. I want to help overweight people reach their goals. It's funny, before I started this journey I wanted to be a chef, and now my goals have done a complete 180! I've taken a lot of general education classes and I'm sort of in limbo due to finances, but I am seeing an advisor at school soon to see what steps I need to take. I've got a general idea, but I need to see how it fits into my current school situation. Anyway, I hope you enjoy posting here and we appreciate any insight you have to offer!
