Hi all!
I found this forum because I am fed up with how i look and feel. I finally want to start to lose weight the RIGHT way and keep it off for GOOD. I have always struggled with weight and finally lost a good chunk of it a few months ago and felt fantastic. I bounced right back though and need to lose that and then some.
I am afraid to weigh myself to see how bad I have gotten but I feel like I have to do that in order to come back to reality again. I know I was this so bad but i just don't know where to start. I feel like i have no motivation but at the same time I want this more than anything. Im having a very bad day today only because i cannot stay on a diet for the hell of it. when i did lose the weight before it was through very unhealthy means and i know that is why i gained it all back. I know that my main problem is patience but I don't know how to deal with it. By this time next year I want to be back to my goal weight but I just need help getting there.
As of today though, i think i will quit. If there are n e pointers or even ways for me to actually get on a diet, all help is appreciated!!
