New Experiment

I just stirred up some peanut butter, banna and spike of vanila up do you think that this will work as good source of protien for bedtime.
 
Unless you're eating 5 tablespoons of peanut butter (that's over 500 calories), then you should not use it as a source of protein. Peanut Butter is better as a source of fat, and shouldn't be relied on for protein.

Your best bet is some casein - either have some FF cottage cheese, or a whey protein shake made w/ skim milk.
