Hi everyone.
It's been a while since I've posted anything, but I'm glad to be back.
I'm happy to say that my past road blocks are no longer a part of my life, but of course there are new ones.
I moved out on my own this past September. I thought that when I moved out I'd be less stressed and more focused on my health goals. I was wrong.
All the bills, extra commute to work, cleaning everything myself...blah blah blah, makes it's really tough to stay focused.
Although I haven't gained too much weight back, I did back track a little. I went from 286 to 296. Before I started working towards health I was 345-350
When I moved to my new place I bought a gym membrrship to this place called dolphins fitness. What a dump. Dirty. Packed. Small. It's really not a motivating factor to work out when you don't like where your doing it. Or at least that's what I feel. I need to go back to the Nysc. They were really good.
I'm no longer with my trainer of 2 years(I live too far away), so I've been attempting to get back on track without the motivation of a trainer. It's tough, but if I want it...really want it... I will get back on track.
My body builder friend (natural) has been nice enough to train with me. I slow him down a bit bit thankfully he doesn't mind. I may need to stop training with him, since I'm use to dumbell work and he uses barbells.
Eating hasn't been great, but I've been making healthier choices recently. Been staying away from soda and fried stuff.
My energy level is really low, since I rarely exercise and don't get enough sleep.
I have a lot to work on. After Halloween I'll be getting more serious about it. Vegas trip in January. Gotta lose some weight.
