hey guys and hello to ever1 one. i am 28 yrs old mother of 2 living in uae. i had piled up about 20 kgs after 2 births 1 after the other. finally now i have come down all those terrible fats and just need to loose a 6 7 kgs more butit looks really hard now. my diet is very simple and i can offer help to many of u.
