hey. i'm new. i joined weight watchers two years ago and lost 20lbs. then gained it right back! so quickly!
i can't seem to keep it off anymore. i'm 27 and the weight slowly comes after 24 yrs old..
i am going to work out every single day and see if that helps the cause. need to lose that 20 again!
 
best way to do that is to give up the diet mentatlity and make it a lifestyle change...

Keep track of your calories, accurately... and workout - but don't kill yourself -your body needs b reaks and if you over-do it -you' will burn out and get bored with it and stop...

one week in...

so, it's been a week since I've been at the gym, and I committed to going everyday, and I've pretty much stuck to it!
I feel great, and I look better! my legs went right back to their muscular sleekness. and after only one week!
one day i woke up extra early to work out before work, and i did yoga at home. i should have just skipped exercise for that day b/c all day i was exhausted at work and i ended up canceling my evening plans any way!
