hey everyone..
i joined the forum a few months ago but, i haven't been an "active" member. i have managed to continue to work out and diet (and keep my GPA up) but i feel as if i hit a wall recently.
so to try to "step it up" i cancelled my old membership at my other gym. plus, i was losing sleep to get there for a 5am workout to avoid "that guy" types, people there to socialize, high school friends i don't want to see, guys looking for a date, my list can go on..
so i joined a new spa. i love it. :luxlove:
part of my join up fee included an "evualation". body fat, measurements, BP height, weight, medical history, every tummy ache, the usual...
now here's my questions...
1.)my body fat according to the device he used...a lil machine with sensors you put your thumbs on and hold your arms out straight on front of you was WAY off from the online calculators...are those machines accurate?
because she said mine was borderline too low..
2.) my BP she said was too low..and i just finished my pre-work out energy drink minutes before...any ideas on why?
the reason i'm asking these is because she was a lil skeptical and made me uncomfortable. i work out and diet and i'm very self-conscious about my apperance and now..i feel like i should be nervous about my health as well...
a few other quick questions?
3.) i have put on 2-3 lbs since working out there. (utilizing new cardio machines, cable machines, and just new brands of equipment.) some will say 2-3 lbs big deal?!?! not to me!!
(
BUT
i have been waking up sore, my back, legs, arms whatever body part i work..but it's a good sore, the acomplishment kind. is it possible that those 2-3 lbs can be added muscle? is it possible in a month?
my clothes still fit regulary, and my SO says i look the same but..the numbers are killing me..i know they shouldn't but...
thanks in advance to those who reply..
