It seems the more years I add on the more I weigh. I am too focused on the number on the scale. I'd like to just be able to look in the mirror and look healthy and good. I struggle with maintaining a healthy balanced life, mainly because of my relationship to stress. I get stressed out from life. So, I lost my job, a month and a half ago...and I am now afraid that while Im looking for a job, if I dont stop sitting around, Im gonna pack on the pounds like a buffalo. I am 27, and I am not overweight, but Im not healthy either! I am 5'3" and 130 lbs. I need some encouragement to keep being healthy and be MORE healthy! I do feel fat when I see myself in pictures, and I get tempted to eat crap because Im a lil depressed in my current situation.
