Hi, Im Ruth, I'm new and have never used one of these before. I always used to quite slender, but 3 years of university have seen the weight creep on, so I feel its time to do something about it. Ive got 20lbs to loose.. which is going to be a challenge.
I enjoy excersise, and usually eat very healthily, which is why this is going to be hard, because im not entirly sure what else to do... except of course actually eat less ( the very thought makes me shiver). This is my basic problem, I just eat too much! Not the wrong stuff... just too much! I've made a chart in my room to chart my excersice each day, and im thinking of starting a food diary so I can see exactly how much im eating everyday. Im also cutting out alcohol, but dont really want to cut any major food groups completly, as I know this wont lead to long-term weight loss.
ANy buddies out there in a similar position?
