Hi All,
I live in Australia and have found this wonderful incentive site. I will loose around 25 kilos ( not sure in lbs ) I started 3 weeks ago and lost so far 3.1 kgs. I thinks around 6.6 pounds ) I have always had weight problems after my 3rd child & gave up smoking.
So now is the time to loose it all, and get healthy.
I am looking forward to chatting with you all and join you on your journey.

Hi,...And thank you for the great welcome..

I have had an ok week. lost another 1kgs ( 2.2 lbs) and feeling gooooooooood.
I hope every one else has had a good week loss. I quess its just hanging in
there, and I find reading all the different ideas are a great incentive to me....
I have also told a few Aussie friends who have also joined this site. Its great
to talk to the other side of the world. And to keep in touch.

Look forward to posting more..........:)

perhaps you should start a thread in the diary section to keep track of it rather than here :)
