Hello everyone,

I am very new at weight loss and using forums, but I hope this will help me on my journey to a healthy weight. I am a 31 year old female who owns a home daycare and have a very busy family on top of it. I feel like
I just woke up one day and weighed 160 lbs. I find myself wondering what happened to the 135 that I was comfortable with? I want to do something before it really gets out of control !!!

Welcome!! Not a better time to start then now!! Especially before you get like me and realize 80lbs later wow I gained a lot of weight!! You only have 25lbs to lose YOU CAN DO THIS!!!
