New around here

What's up guys?

I'm new around here and thought I would give a quick introduction of myself for those interested.

Stats:
15 y/o
5'11.5"
230 lb
Total guess - 20-24% BF - No caliper at this time, so I cannot get an accurate measure.

I have been lifting since I was 11. I am currently taking some time off from weight training to work on my BF/stamina/overall fitness. I am just beginning to home school tomorrow, so I will have a lot of time on my hands to exercise and work on my diet. Soon, I am moving into a new house in which I will have a room in the basement to furnish it with weight equipment.

Goals through this forum
Get a good diet plan together (mine sucks right now)
Get a list of good equipment that will allow me to get a complete weight workout.

Goals for personal fitness
Lower my body fat to a level in which I no longer have a gut and my muscles are defined.
Continue to make gains in weight maximums.

I will post more thread(s) in the appropriate forums tomorrow about my workouts and more in depth goals. This looks like a promising forum and I hope to get some help as well as offer my knowledge to fellow members.
 
Why not? I don't get enough cardio if I am lifting, so naturally I am not lifting more than twice a week now so I can do more cardio.
