Hey all, my name is Paul, from South Florida. I was always a skinny kid growing up, I hit high school, and blew up. I am 6'2, and at my heaviest, I was 282.7. I started to eat better, quit all drinks except water, stopped drinking, and working out daily. I usually spend an hour on the elliptical, 30 minutes on the treadmill, I do some ab work outs, and I use the machines. I am not interested in gaining any muscle mass until I am at a healthy weight. I am in need of some good work outs to help me tighten up my stomach area. I am down to 239 lbs, which is a hell of an accomplishment to myself. I feel A LOT better about myself, easy to get out of bed in the morning. I am a lot more happier. If anyone could give me any pointers on things to do to help tighten things up, it would be very much appreciated, thanks a lot!
