I have gained and lost weight numerous times by working out and changing my diet a bit. I was a size 22 and was just getting into a size 12 and haven't worked out for almost 2 months now and have started with my old pattern of eating crappy food. I can feel the weight creeping on. I don't know why I continue in this pattern. Its mind blowing. I work so dam hard getting the weight off just to gain it back. I want off of this self defeating cycle. I want to gain the confidence to be fit. One of my dreams is to be a personal trainer.Anybody struggling with these issues and have any ideas how to stop this cycle. I also quit smoking 16 days ago.
