Hi everyone,
Well this is my day 15 of caring what I'm eating, and about my future health etc.... Very encouraging looking around this amazing website!
Well, making these kind of changes is costing me at the moment though. In fact its getting personal.
I am having more conflict with my other half, not a surface kind of short temper, more of a deeper kind of "power play". There's ways that I would normally behave, like not be truthful with him about his faults (for example) or just kind of agree with him or not say anything. He's not much of a talker, but does come up with great one-liners, particularly around others and I'm usually embarassed and on the back foot - so I don't challenge him back.
I've actually made a decision, that if he can do that, then so can I!
Both of us don't like it, lol!
Its not that I want to hurt him, its just that, I want him to know - I have a voice too and I'm NOT always wrong or faulty in my thinking! This sounds really pathetic, when I write it down!
