New and needs drive!

Hey!!
So im at new at this obv... Im a student and is having trouble maintaining my weight. Ive never been really overweight. Im supposed to be 115 and am now 135. I know its not much to people but when your 5'1 it makes a difference. I dont have any drive to work out. Or atleast i start off with drive but then when it comes to actual working out, i make excuses. I have a really busy work schedule and am broke so i just dont know how i can manage. I need to find a good method of working out at home. I need help and dont know where to start!

Well, motivation can only come from within. Whether you find that by picking a pair of jeans you want to fit into again, or a specific body weight, or 'I want to see my abs'...some kind of goal is crucial to building motivation.

How can you get anywhere if you don't know where you're trying to go? "Somewhere else" isn't a good answer.

As for 'home only' workouts, Netflix actually has a ton of fitness/workout DVD's and streaming content, and its pretty cheap if you don't already have a subscription. Youtube has some exercise content...can be hit or miss.

I'd look at garage sales for a few cheap dumbbells, as strength training is important for men and women alike.
