New and needs a little advice

I'm new to the forums and all, but not to working out. I am by far anyone to give advise. I am in fact looking for someone to help me. I run 5 days a week between 2-3 miles per day plus do 15- 20 minutes of eliptical and stairmaster (alternating). I do not do much as far as weights go...I know, I know I don't want to bulk up. I'm in my mid to late 30's and am not over weight, I'm actually fine. I need to tone though. My bottom jiggles when I walk and I don't want that and I'm starting to get cellulate. Any words of wisdom to help me out would be greatly appreciated.

Start weight training...

Weight training will not make you bulk up unless you eat a lot of calories and lift very heavily. You will gain a bit of muscle, but thats desireable. You won't be huge or anything like that.

Search the forum for some good workout ideas, weight training with your cardio regimine will work wonders.

I agree
You need to lift weights. You probably can't bulk up, so don't worry about it. Cardio burns muscle and fat with no prejudice. Lifting weights will burn mainly fat. Also, how does your nutrition look?

I eat pretty good, I do have my good days and bad. I don't eat as great as I should but I do ok. What do you think about lifting 2 times a week and on those days not doing any running? Or do I have to continue to run 5 days a week and then try to fit in a lifting. I'm a little streched for time. I'm actually only able to workout on my lunch hour (how sad is that). For my bottom what should I do? I have been doing squats and launches with no results.

I don't think cutting the running back to 3 days a week would hurt you. Weight training 2 times a week is acceptable, but 3 may work better for you.
