New and need to vent

Hello, I've been viewing this site for some time now and dedcided to join . I'm 22 years old and I do full time work/student. I'm also expecting my first child with my gf. I find myself stressed at times(ofcourse) and I heard that exercising is a great way to relieve stress. I desperately would like to do MMA but dont have the time and money or even outlet for that matter to do it. So for now, I want to get into shape. I am 6' and weigh 185. My goal is to get bigger arms/forearms, get rid of the flab on my stomach, and also my lower body.
 
lose fat = exercise and diet (ab exercises gets u know where with losing fat)

big arms, etc = focused exercise ... at least twice a week and change routine to stay out of a plateau ...

.. that's the quick and dirty :)
