i'm new here and i need tips im pretty active but i need to control what i eat, i have a really really big appetite i weight 136.4 and i'm 5'1 i cant seem to motoviate my self into losing weight i will usually start one day and then the next i will give up, my mom makes very fattning foods alot and its really hard to say no but im planing on learning how to cook
anyways do you guys know any motivation tips to were i can stick to something and do it, Thanks
