Hello, my name is Sandra. I'm 25, married, and have a 5 year old son. I work full-time for the DA's office and I'm here from 8-5. I'm 5'6 and weigh 150 pounds. At a younger age, I was 130 and I'm urging to get back to my regular weight. It's not only to have a better appearance, but it would make me feel better as a person. A lot of my fat is on my stomach and arms. I bought the Hip Hop Abs workout videos, I'm into running, and I bought a mountain bike to help me with my weight loss. I don't know if this is good enough, but I do know it's a start. I need help as to how I should watch my eating habits. It's not all that bad, but it's not that great either. I'm Mexican, so it's a lot of Mexican food on a daily basis. I really need help as to what type of exercises and eating habits I should follow.
