Hey guys just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Felix and I have been into fitness for about 2 years now. My background of fitness mainly came with me playing sports. Now that my sports career has ended I have decided to workout for my own goals. To be honest my goal is to have a six-pack, but also keep around the weight of 185 pounds or 84 kilograms. I currently weigh around 185 with about 10-11 percent body fat and would like to see that number drop to 8-9. I guess the question I am wondering is whether to add the muscle first since it is almost winter here in America or should I shed the fat then bulk up? anyways all advice is appreciated and thanks so much
