Hey... I'm Nikki and I'm 21 years old... I've always been the big kid ever since I was little I was even a big baby and now that I'm 21 I realize its time for a change... I've always been 1 of those that said I'll loose it all next year well it's this year to change... I started walking and eating healthier back in August, counting calories and I lost 30 lbs pretty quickly then in Sept I turned 21 and fell completely off the weight loss wagon, 1st it was my birthday so I could cheat then it was Halloween then Thanksgiving and then Christmas... I luckily haven't gained any of the weight back and Ive decided its time to really get back with it and stick to it... I currently weigh 297 lbs and my goal is to be down to 225 by the 4th of July.... Theres 185 days from Jan 1st to July 4th and I figure thats very duable when I lost 30 lbs in about a month. The 225 isnt my end goal but I look at it as a big stepping stone and that smaller goals will get me where Im going better then 1 huge goal. I'm here because I need support... my family is a pretty big group and they don't mind being that way but I do, they try to be supportive and think I'm doing great but it doesnt help when they dont cook healthy foods and always invite me to go out to eat, so hopefully this is the real beginning to my new life... I've looked around and see there are alot of great people on here and I just hope that you can support me to and get me to where I want to be. Thank!
