I'm 17 and I've been trying to lose weight for a few months now.
When it comes to exercising I am extremely motivated, but the diet seems to be the problem.
My mother cooks for me, and although she claims that what she makes for me is healthy, I am pretty sure eating nothing but rice + meat is not the way to go.
I currently eat vitamin c pills, as well as omega-300 pills daily, and I am trying to limit the amount that I eat.
As for my workout, I go to the gym almost every day and do about 40 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of weight lifting. I also mix in a few hour-and-a-half sessions of swimming every now and then
Currently I am trying to earn enough money to buy a barbell set, so that I do more than an hour of exercise each session, and I am also going to start weighing myself every week.
So...
1 hour of exercise every weekday (40 cardio, 20 weight lifting)
Small meals every 3 hours
Will this be enough to help me lose weight? I am very open to suggestions (especially with diet) and I am not only motivated, but I know for a fact that I can do whatever possible to lose weight.
