Hi Everybody,
I'm new here and hoping to find some inspiration and maybe give a little help too. I'm 47 and have weighed more than I like most of my life. I'm 5'2" and weigh 140 and feel uncomfortable with this extra weight. I quit smoking 4 and a half years ago with the help of an online forum and I'm hoping to find some support to lose this weight. I'm fairly fit and make working out a priority, but I tend to be a stress eater and eat too much. I know how to eat well but I let portions get out of hand! I also tend to eat too much and too fast when I eat with my husband, but I don't want to stop eating with him altogether.
